When it comes to online shopping sites in Nigeria, Jumia ranks among the top 3 that I know of and I highly recommend them for anyone in Nigeria who may want to get a good experience when shopping online.

One thing I love about Jumia Nigeria is that they have a very wide variety of goods that are sold on their online store which is available to everyone in Nigeria and they do offer nationwide deliveries too although they mostly cover cities much better.

Jumia is almost unbeatable when it comes to online shopping in Nigeria and their customer service is one thing that is helping to attract people to their brand.

Many Nigerians might have visited online shopping sites like Jumia Nigeria but may not really understand how it works. How can they really buy stuff.

For some people it might seem easy but for others, it can be a bit complex. It's actually really a straight forward process to buy things from Jumia if you are in Nigeria and I'm going to give a breakdown of how it actually works here.

Steps to buy from Jumia Nigeria

1. Go to Jumia's website with your computer or phone.
2. Click on Register if it's your first time or just log in with your username and password if you are a returning user
3. Browse or search for the item you want to buy e.g. mobile phones
Select the item you want
4. Click on the "Buy Now" button and item will be added to your cart
5. Click on the button that says "Proceed to checkout" when you are through.
6. Enter or confirm your delivery address and billing details
7. Click save and continue
8. Choose a payment option e.g. cash on delivery or online payment
9. Confirm the transaction and your order will be placed
10. Receive for a confirmation call on your mobile phone from Jumia and agree to the order

The item will be delivered to you within a few days and you can even make returns for the item assuming you are unsatisfied with it.

Does Jumia sell Honda generators? What is the least price for them? Do I also have to pay them for delivery apart from the generator price?

Yes, they sell Honda generators and you can find them here. The cheapest Honda generator I've seen on Jumia is the Honda EG1000 0.85KVA Manual Generator and it sells for N61,925 as at today.

As for delivery costs or free delivery, I'm not sure but you can try making an order first to see if any delivery costs would be included. I know that they tend to offer free delivery for orders above N10,000 but I don't know if that offer is still on. Besides, you can always avoid paying delivery charges by simply doing a pickup yourself at their store.
