How I changed my Startimes Bouquet

I did it by simply sending a Facebook message to Startimes and included my Startimes smart card number. Since I've already made the full payment to their account through Quickteller, they easily upgraded my account from Classic to the Unique bouquet.

I had been using a Startimes decoder for a while now as I got it from a Christmas promo they did which offered free decoders to customers who pay for a subscription in advance. I paid for 2 months subscription and got a decoder from that discount. I have to say that Christmas season is one of the best times to shop and get good discounts and deals in Nigeria.

Anyway, I had already subscribed to a bouquet on Startimes which didn't give me the full channels. I had subscribed for the Classic bouquet but not really satisfied with it since I wanted more channels to be unscrambled. I had to first wait for my 2 months subscription to expire before trying to change my bouquet.

When my classic bouquet expired, I wanted to renew it but needed it to be on a Unique bouquet and so I paid the full subscription fee of N3000 hoping that I would be automatically subscribed to the Classic bouquet but that did not happen. Rather, it was my Unique bouquet subscription that was renewed and the extra balance of N1000 was just credited to my Startimes account and I noticed it when I logged into my online account.

I tried to contact Startimes in order to help change my bouquet to a different one and since I didn't have time to go to their office for that, I just contacted them through their Facebook portal and they did it.

All I provided them with was my Startimes smart card number by sending them a message on Facebook and requesting to upgrade my current bouquet.

Ways to change your Startimes bouquet

I've found out that people can change change your current Startimes bouquet to another one in any of the following ways:

1. Online support: You can contact Startimes through Facebook, Twitter, website or any of their other online platforms
2. Physical visit to Customer service
3. By SMS and Recharge card: If you want to renew your Startimes subscription using their recharge card, you can simply change the bouquet by sending an sms to 32055 in the format: CC#Smart Card Number#PIN#B to 32055 where B is Basic, U is Unique, C is for Classic and N is for Nova bouquet.

Pls,if am formally on basic bouquet and I want to change to NOVA,and also want to subscribe through quickteller how do I go about it

Just make the payment through Quickteller and then contact them to change it for you through Facebook or their phone number.

You can contact Startimes on Facebook or at their office and telling them your card number. You can also call them by phone.
