One of the ways I get funds out of my US based Paypal account is by making use of my Payoneer account since it provides me with an internationally accepted MasterCard and a US bank account. So, all I do if I want to withdraw from Paypal is to choose withdraw to bank after I've logged into Paypal.
Not many people in Nigeria know how to use toe Payoneer option for making withdrawals and I just want to make it clearer for people so that they may know it's really easy and possible to use this system.
I recently withdrew some money from my US Paypal account and already have the money in my Payoneer account within 24 hrs after I've made a withdrawal to bank request.
How I did it:

1. Log into your Paypal account and click to withdraw to your US Bank(The one Payoneer gave you to use)
2. Click on Transfer to Bank
3. Enter the amount you want to transfer(You'd be informed that it takes about 3 to 5 working days). Mine took less than 24 hours
4. You'll receive a feedback that a transfer is in process.
5. Payoneer customer service will notify you that you have received a payment.
After the Paypal funds have been transferred to my Payoneer account, I will have immediate access to it by either withdrawing it at a local ATM in Nigeria or use it for online shopping on US websites like Amazon or Autozone.
