I get to use Firefox a lot as it easily allows me to do a lot of things like opening up many tabs as well as allowing rss feeds to load without slowing down my experience like IE or being limited in function like Google Chrome. Google Chrome is good an useful to me assuming I just want to browse fast but using Mozilla's Firefox seems to do more without hanging up.
One other good thing I love doing with Firefox is loading up bookmarks assuming I just installed it on a new computer. Like Today I installed it on the Sony VAIO laptop after having used Google Chrome for a while. I had saved my Bookmarks using Firefox Bookmark toolbar and I had uploaded it to a remote folder. So all I needed to do to get my Bookmarks downloaded on my new Firefox installation was to connect the internet and download the file which was uploaded in a zip format.
- Go to Bookmarks in Firefox and click
- Click on Organize Bookmarks
- Select Import and Backup
- Select Restore and From file
- Go to the local location of the bookmark file I downloaded or saved
- Select the most recent bookmakr version (extension is in .json)
- A promt comes up telling you that it will replace all your bookmarks
- Select Ok and it is done
- Close the Bookmark Window

Now you have loaded up your default bookmarks on your newly installed Firefox browser and you can click on Bookmarks to confirm that they have been loaded.
I often find it useful to load up Bookmarks when I make a new installation or have to uninstall and install the Firefox browser. The good thing also about Firefox bookmarks that have been saved is that you could also use them on Google Chrome by clicking on Tools-->Bookmark Manager-->Manage
I have up to 30 bookmarks out of which I visit about 10 regularly and so having bookmarks really helps to make my web experience easier.
