Have you been running an
Adsense for Domain campaign but have not found it profitable enough? I mean if a domain name costs about $10 a year and yet your income from that domain parked with Adsense is not even up to $5 a year? Maybe you are already profiting from it in huge numbers but have you considered if your income is actually ok with Google. Will that income continue for the long term or will you account get banned by Google?
Well, I just thought I should do this post about Google adsense for domains and how to really profit from it rather than just setting up the campaign and getting nothing from if.
When is Google adsense for domains profitableFor me the benchmark is $10 a year and so if a domain name I parked with Adsense doesn't earn at least that amount, then it has not been profitable, else, it has.
So how do you profit from Adsense for domains?
Well here are my suggestions:
- Register domain mistypos(domain names that are mis-spelled) for popular domain names
- Register only domains with helpful keywords e.g. jamb tutorials, airline bookings, wifi laptops and so on
- Sign up only with domain registrar that offer discounts for purchases
- Register as many domains as possible to increase your income
- Park domains with Google and set up the right keywords
- Don't promote your domain name in any way on forums, blogs, online advertisement and other websites
- Set up channels to monitor your earnings for each domains
- Use Google trends and Google insights to research for popular keywords within your region
- Try to register domains related to your locality since you would have more advantage over it than others. The domain parking world is already getting flooded
