Looking for a job in Nigeria? Just graduated from school and completed the NYSC and wanting to progress further in life with a job? Already had working experience for several years and looking for an advancement in your career? Well there are several reasons why people would be looking for a job and for most, it is just the first job while for others, it is a better one.
In Nigeria, a nation of over 150 million people and still counting and with an increasing percentage of educated persons, there is really a growing problem of unemployment as a result of govt's inability to match jobs with the exponential growth in unemployment.
In Nigeria, even majority of the employed are not exactly satisfied with their current jobs and the standard of living keeps falling yearly with increasing inflation such that it is an economy which seems to favour mostly the entrepreneurs.
If you are really interested in getting a job in Nigeria and you are educated, the best thing to do is the following:

- Compile a good Curriculum vitae
- Make digital and physical copies of your credentials
- Decide on which career path to follow

What to do next?
Now you should focus on these areas next:

- What industry you would want to work with:
This could be banking, oil and gas, insurance, telecommunication, logistics, transportation, manufacturing or public sector

- How to apply for jobs:
You could do this online or offline. You can also do this even when it is unsolicited so that whenever there is an opening, you would be contacted for an interview.

Resources: There are various sources where you could get information about job openings in Nigeria and this includes newspapers like The Guardian, websites like naijahotjobs.com, careersnigeria.com, ngcareers.com as well as corporate websites of your desired companies.
