If you are in Nigeria and using a Paypal account, you will most likely want to make a withdrawal at one time or the other from your account. Now how do you withdraw money from your Paypal account when you are residing in a non-Paypal country? Normally, to make a withdrawal from a Paypal account, one would need to do so with a bank account or a credit card. In the case of Paypal users in Nigeria, the address will most probably be a non-Nigerian address and withdrawals to either bank or credit card will have to have a non-Nigerian address.
The traditional way to then withdraw from your Paypal account as a Nigerian resident will have to either be by:
- Opening a non-resident bank account
- Getting a credit card addressed to your Paypal country
Now the above methods have got its demerits such as running costs on a bank account, providing valid identification as well as maintaining a good credit card account. How about other options on taking money out of your Paypal account without having to use these methods?
I have written a brief guide about doing so
here and you can
