What does unlimited internet browsing mean in this context? Well. I'm referring to being able to browse the internet without being on a limited quota or paying any additional fee other than the one you've paid for.
If you are used to subscribing to internet data plans being offered by Nigerian networks, whether it is for mobile or full browsing, you would have noticed that most of their data plans come with a quota limit irrespective of the days or time period allocated to it. Once you exceed that limited, your internet service will be cut off.
Now some internet browsing plans allow you to browse for 10MB, 100MB and even 6GB and yet you pay a fee for it. Now one funny thing too is that even if you don't use up the data you paid for, it is also attached to a time limit like say 1 month and if that time expires, even if you still have 5GB left, it will be erased and you would have to then resubscribe and pay for a new service. Now this doesn't work well or suit people like me who prefer using the internet fr doing a lot of downloads or watching videos on Youtube.
Now, limited quotas are good if you are not a heavy internt user and all you want to to maybe do some daily Googling, check and send emails but if you are a havey internet user, you would soon find out that internet plans with specific quotas or data bundles don't really suit your lifestyle and you would prefer using an unlimited internet browsing plan.
Now, I have being doing some Googling and researching to find out what internet plans are available in Nigeria that don't place a limit on my quota. It would be ok if they rather place a time limit on it like say monthly or quarterly and I just pay a flat rate. The reason why I prefer this form of internet service is simply because of a sad experience I had. I subscribed to a 3GB internet plan with one of Nigeria's GSM companies for N10,000 and it had 2 strings attached which were 3gb and monthly. What happened thereafter was that I only used it for a week and the N10,000 was over. So how those data limited bundles work is that if you exceed your quota or time period, you would be cut off and need to repay. So whichever comes first - exceeding the quota or time period would edn your browsing service. The worst thing is that if you have an additional credit on the phone, some network providers automatically would re-subscribe for you by default unless you cancelled it.

If you know of any other unlimited internet browsing plans in Nigeria that are not listed here, you can make a comment.
If you are a heavy internet user that visits heavy sites like Youtube or do a lot of downloads, then you should go for unlimited quota plans that come at a flat time-based fee and not go for plans with quotas. If however, you don't use the internet much, then you should go for quota based plans.

I believe you can use it for cybercafe. You just need to network your computers first and then be able to share the internet connection. You can share the internet connection using a router or something like that.
MTN hynet also offers a broaddband service that allows unlimited number of users to connect using wifi.
