How to chat on Facebook using 2go

Launch 2go application from your phone and make sure you have an active internet connection

How to setup Facebok chat with 2go
If it is your first time, you need to activate your Facebook gateway

If you are already activated, then you can just see online facebook friends on your 2go friend list

Activating facebook gateway on 2go
If this is your first time, you need to register your facebook account with 2go gateway while 2go will try to login to facebook to enable you chat.

- Go to settings
- Select gateways
- Choose Facebook gateway (other options are gtalk and Mxit)
- Select Activate
- Click on Continue if asked
- Enter your facebook username and password e.g. felix.okoli. If you don't have or know your facebook username, then go to facebook.com/username.
- Submit your facebook login details
- If successful, you get a success reply
Click on Continue

Now go back to facebook and confirm that you approve of the recent log in with 2go. On Faceook, you may get the message, your facebook account is currently locked, click on Continue to unlock it
- Click on It's ok to confirm that you approve of it
- Once you've approved of the log in by 2go, you can then start chatting with friends on 2go by simply going to friends

Now when you load 2go, you can always see you facebook friends online by going to friends and clicking on any one of them to begin chatting
