I guess you must already know that there is a growing number of people who make money from Youtube just because they are partners and all they do is create and upload videos to YouTube. How about being able to make money from YouTube without being a partner or uploading any videos.
I tried uploading videos to YouTubeI kind of fancied creating videos for YouTube and I've been doing so by gradually trying to build my empire of videos on YouTube. Maybe when I finally create and upload over 100 videos, then I may apply to be a YouTube partner if and only if my country has been included in the partnership program. So for now, I still try to make use of YouTube to help users on my site and also try to make money with it without necessarily being a partner. I make use of my own videos but mostly make use of other people's videos too.
Creating and uploading videos to YouTube really takes a lot of time and almost endless if you are using a slow internet connection so why no rather share videos that are already popular and smile to the bank?
How to do itIt's simple really and you would need to have a blog that allows you to embed YouTube videos
- Setup a blog that allows you to review YouTube videos
- Make unique posts about the video and allow comments on them
- Embed the video with your Blog posts
- Include affiliate links and sell advertising space(e.g Adsense, AdDynamo, Chitika)
- Make money as your site gets more traffic.
The TrickWhy blog about videos that are already on YouTube? It is a tall competition. The idea is to use a lot of unique content in the form of text. Search engines will rank you high or even higher in search results depending on how useful and lengthy your content is so add more useful content besides the embedded videos.
Look at it this way. If there is a good video about Apple Ipad, you can write a review about it in your blog and include the YouTube video. You make money when people click on ads or buy from your affiliate links and YouTube also makes money if the video is embedded with ads. Everyone goes home happy.
People really love videosA blog post can be sweet but what makes it sweeter is if you have a YouTube video embedded on it. People love to watch videos besides reading text as it really makes the message to sink in. It is also not every time that people want to go to YouTube as people are used to variety. So a blog or content site that partners with YouTube by promoting publicly available videos can make its own money without necessarily being a partner.
