My First Dollar with Hubpages

It is always exciting whenever you make your first dollar online because making that first dollar tell you that you are on your way to success and there are now no limits to how much you can make from the internet.

Remember I once wrote about how you can make money online just by writing for Hubpages? Well, I just recently started getting more serious with it as I look to diversify places where I publish my articles and have been trying to focus on a niche which is working for me.

Hubpages has a rewards programme that lets writers earn royalty for their works besides allowing adsense sharing profits and driving traffic to your ebay or Amazon affiliate store. They have the rewards program that compensates you for your efforts at writing and this is based on the amount of traffic or popularity your writings bring to Hubpages.

There are a lot of categories to choose from when it comes to writing for Hubpages.

I only recently started getting serous with Hubpapges and have seen my earnings rise within 2 months from a mere $0.01 to $1.14 now. $1 is not much but it is something and my goal now is to make a t least $1 a day within 3 months. I was able to contribute about 20 more popular hubs making my total articles to around 30. At this rate I believe my earnings would grow geometrically just for being a passive writer - If I stop writing now.

There are lots of successful Hubbers right now who passively make thousands of dollars and that is for hubs they've already contributed. So even if they stop writing for today, some of them would still be making above $2000 a month from their already published works.
