How to reload your USD Zenith bank Visa buxd card

The Zenith bank Visa Buxz card is a physical plastic prepaid Visa card you can use to make payments anywhere Visa is accepted.

It comes with a 16 digit card number, expiry date, Buxz id, and a 3 digit cvv code.

How to reload your card
If you want to add funds to your buxz card, you can simply do so by:

- Making a deposit in USD to your card account across the counter
- Doing an intrabank transfer of funds from your domiciliary/USD currency account to the card account

When making a card reload across the counter by paying cash, you will need to accompany your cash with a filled dollar deposit teller as it is not the regular teller used for paying in naira.

The card comes with a special bank account number with which you can always top up your account by making a deposit in the currency of the card e.g. US dollars.

After making payment into your card account, your card would be reloaded with the net funds within 24 hrs and you can then start using the card.

There is also reloading fee attached to the card and I think it is $5. This means that if you pay in $500, you will only be credited with a net amount of $495 since the fee would be charged on reloading.
