I recently sent a Paypal payment to a person's email but after a short while before the person claimed the money, I decided to change my mind an cancel the payment.
One of the reasons why I love Paypal is that it is quite safer than using credit cards or other forms of online payment as it offers better protection for your funds. Shopping with Paypal for one allows you to shop without revealing your credit card details to every online shopping website. Also, you have better control over how you send your money and also be able to cancel it.
After sending the initial payment to the person, I decided to cancel i since I needed to get some things right first.
All you need to cancel a paypal payment is by going into your account > Check payment history > Click the cancel button for the unclaimed payment.
You would be able to cancel such payments only if the receiver has not yet claimed it in his account and I think this is possible for personal users cos I'm not sure if you can do that with sellers.
