For some reasons I opened a US Paypal account but have not verified it since. A US Paypal account allows one to have fuller Paypal services such a sending and receiving money online ,getting paid directly from most affiliate merchants and my website's online sales.Anyone can really open a US Paypal account and do a lot of things with it as long as he can use a US dedicated IP address and a random US address. You don't even need to add a bank account or credit card to use the Paypal account. However, there are limits to such accounts which remain unverified and as I kept on using Paypal for quite a while, I found out that I needed to get verified one time or the other in other to enjoy fuller Paypal services. The alternative to not getting a verified US Paypal account is to keep opening new Paypal accounts using new email addresses and hoping no to exceed your spending limit.For most people whose country is not accepted into the Paypal family, one would need to have residence in an acceptable country and the ability to verify it with a bank account. Well, you can do this with Paypal even if you are currently in Nigeria or anywhere else but just want to have a US verified Paypal account.What do I really use Paypal for?
Everyone who uses Paypal probably have their reasons which may be different from what others use it for. Primarily, I use Paypal to send and receive money online but here are the main things I use it for.:- Receiving publisher payments quicker e.g. Chitika, Bidvertiser
- Selling ebooks on my website to a much wider audience
- Paying for online services much safe than paying with a debit/credit card

1.My Payoneer Mastercard

First time I got a Payoneer mastercard, it did not offer the US payment option but after that card expired, I got another one and they now offer the service. Initially, I got hint of their new service so I had applied for the card as soon as they started rolling out the US bank option.Payoneer's US payment service is one that they offer that allows account holders to receive payments into a sort of virtual US bank account and then make withdrawals from it directly to your Mastercard. Once funds are in your Mastercard, you can always have access to it by making use of an ATM.So after getting my card in the mail some few weeks ago, I kinda dumped it but later picked it up, headed to payoneer.com and activated the card. I was lucky to see that the US payment service was already available for my card.
It is basically free to get a Payoneer mastercard as long as you can pay the fees attached to it such as ATM withdrawal fee and maintenance fee. It works on any ATM that is supported by Mastercard and you can make withdrawals in your local currency when you have money in it. Once you log into your Payoneer online account, go to tools > US payment service and you'll see your bank details. You can add that to your US paypal account to verify it.2. Dedicated USA VPN
There are a couple of online VPN services available and these are basically services you can use to chance your IP address so that you will be able to access most of those websites that are available to US I.P. addresses only. Certain websites tend to block Non US I.P. addresses from accessing their portals so getting a VPN could solve that problem for you. You'd need it if you are running a US paypal account and don't want to get your account blocked.
It works with your existing internet connection by changing your IP address when you connect to it and you can subscribe to this service on a monthly or yearly basis. I got one and used it in opening a US Paypal account. Once you are connected to that VPN, you can always google for your IP Address and you'd see that it has changed to a USA one.3. Payoneer's US bank account
Payoneer offers a US payment service for a fee which allows you to operate a US bank account on your own and link it to Paypal. I got mine even though I had no fund in my account and used the bank details to verify the US paypal account. Once you log into your Payoneer account, you would go to tools > US payment service to see your bank details. You can then use that in your Paypal account.How to get verified

Once you've done all that I've listed above, the next step is to actually getting verified.- Get your US bank details from Payoneer. This includes bank name, account number and routing number
- Connect to your US VPN service
- Log into US paypal and go to verify your account
- Select the bank option and add the bank name, account and routing number given by Payoneer
- Confirm and submit the details
- Wait for about 3 days
- Log into Payoneer account and you'd see some transasctions sent to your account from Paypal (Indicated by PAYPAL VERIFNK)
- Note the two amounts
- Go back to Paypal and click to verify again
- Add the two amounts indicated in your Payoneer account
- Confirm and submit.
- Your account will be immediately verified and your spending limits will be lifted.That is how I verified my Paypal account using Payoneer.com. I've tried getting a US bank account from other online providers but they are not really working. Shopvcc.com specifically is a fraud and they still owe me $25 for a VB they never delivered. Payoneer is the best way to getting a US bank account for your Paypal verification.

You should first get a US VPN service separately and then use the location and make use of any US address close to that location.
