Is it possible toshop on ebay from Nigeria? Why not? But there are some precautions you should take so that your account remains safe and not restricted.
Shopping on ebay requires two basic things really which are: An ebay account and a Paypal account. Yes, Paypal is the preferred medium for making payments on ebay.
However, shopping on ebay from Nigeria requires more than just 2 things which are: An ebay account, Paypal account, US shipping address, Nigerian issued debit card and a Non-Nigerian IP address. I guess that sums up to 5 things.
If you ask me, you should rather stick to shopping on sites like Amazon.com than ebay since it is a bit harder to shop on ebay from Nigeria than on Amazon. Amazon doesn't reject shoppers from Nigeria or block their IP addresses at least for now but the only thing is that majority of sellers simply don't ship to Nigeria but we've already solved that problem by making use of a US shipping address.
Now to the issue of shopping on ebay from Nigeria. How do you do it? Personally, for me, I only shop on ebay just to convert my Paypal funds. I do it by making use of the 5 tools I already listed and it works ok.
