Watch Video

One of the benefits of using Android-like tablet devices like the Kindle Fire HD is that there are a lot of useful apps that can help make your device do almost anything you want. From torchlight to games, watching videos to surfing the web, playing music to organizing, the Kindle Fire HD can also play a piano.

There are probably many apps to choose from when it comes to piano apps but I decided to go for the Pianist since it came free and was basically what I needed.

I purchased the Kindle app for free from the Amazon Kindle appstore just to get a feel of how it would work. It works with touchscreen technology and all one needs to do is tap on the screen and you are already playing a piano like it's a real one.

Why did I choose to play the London bridge is falling down? Well, it's one of those nursery school songs we tend to remember and as far as I can remember, I still know the key numbers to strike in order to play that tune.

London Bridge numbers
====================
5654 345
234 345
5654 345
2 5 31

That's about all you need to play this tune. I'm not skilled at playing the piano but I think I can at least do well in playing the London bridge on a digital device.
