It consist of the geographic(ip) and billing restrictions(US credit card). Once you overcome those 2 you will be able to buy anything you want from the Kindle appstore. Once you've purchased any digital stuff on Amazon with a US ip address, you can always access or download them later on even with your Nigerian ip address on your Kindle or other supported device.
