AdDynamo is a great program for publishers to make money with and it's regarded as the next best alternative way to monetize a website after Google adsense. However, I don't think all publishers would agree to that.
While most other advertising and publishing networks offers website owners an added opportunity to earn money from a referral program, it seems that AdDynamo doesn't offer an affiliate program yet.
Lots of publishers have been complaining of low earnings and pay per click rates which they get from Ad Dynamo when compared to other networks. Some of the reasons for these low earnings have been identified to be the low number of advertisers already advertising with AdDynamo and yet AdDynamo doesn't seem to be doing enough to get new advertisers on board.
Offering an affiliate program to website owners may eat into AdDynamo's profit in the short term but would also them to grow a larger advertiser base in the long term.
Apart from the fact that AdDynamo is going to keep a sufficient number of clients as customers, keeping their business as a going concern, they'd also be encouraging more publishers to get the word out for them.
Personally, I've been using AdDynamo and Bidvertiser for quite sometime but I've been able to get more income from the latter than from the former because I also earn some credit based on my referrals. Bidvertiser pays affiliates at least $5 for the first $10 the advertiser spends and $20 if they spend about $50.
AdDynamo could easily pay publishers an extra income for new advertisers they bring into their fold from their websites. They could either choose to reward them for new advertisers on a one time basis or as often as the advertiser pays for a service.
For now, they don't offer an affiliate program but if they do so in the future, it would be a good initiative and benefit not just the publishers but also the advertising network.
