DealDey customer service review

I recently added funds to my DealDey wallet some days ago by making payment at their bank account. I had logged into my DealDeay account.

When it comes to adding funds to your Dealdey account, you can do so by paying into their bank account or by making an inter-bank transfer from your bank account to DealDey's account.

So I made the payment int the bank account about 3 days and yet my waller was not funded. I actually remembered them saying that my account would be funded within 1 hr on making the payment but it was not and so I was worried.

I tried sending an email to help@dealdey.com telling them of the situation and asking why my wallet has not been funded since after 48 hrs and yet there was not email reply. If you ask me, I'd say that their email support was very poor as they never responded back to my complaints till today.

I wanted to take advantage of an offer and since time was important, I had to try to contact their customer service support once again but this time I tried calling them on their phone line: 01-90999999.

So the next thing I did was to call their dedicated customer service phone which responded quite quickly. I told them what the problem was and my Dealdey wallet was credited almost immediately.

It somehow seems that their customer service works best by phone rather than by email but I do hope I don't have to make a call every time I've made payment into their account for my wallet to be funded.

After all, I did all I was supposed to do in paying into their bank by also including my registered mobile phone number. They should have funded my account almost immediately without me calling them. If they however prefer people calling them every time to have their accounts funded, then they should also say so on their website.

Well they do offer good phone call support but the email service is really discouraging.
