If you delayed in renewing your DSTV subscription before it expires, chances are that your account will be disconnected and you'd need to reactivate it in order to continue viewing DSTV channels unscrambled.

Once you've made the payment for the renewal, you can simply contact DSTV and ask for a reactivation in several ways. You can do this by making a phone call, physical visit, using Facebook or sending an SMS.

One of the easiest ways to get your DSTV account reactivated is by sending an SMS to the dedicated DSTV number set up for this. The number is 30333 and you can send SMS requests to it in order to manage your DSTV account.

To Reactivate your DSTV account, simply send RA Smart Card Number to 30333 from your phone.

After you've sent the request for re-activation, you will receive a confirmatory sms from DSTV saying "Dear Subscriber, the reath process is in progress". You should wait a bit and ensure that your DSTV decoder is switched on and your channels would be unscrambled after they've reauthorized and reactivated your DSTV account.

It's that easy, just send RA Smart Card Number to 30333

I paid R370 on 4 March at 18:28 through a cell phone banking to my dstv. Up to now I receive messages of suspending my account. I've even talked to one of your consultants. Please intervene because last month I've paid more than once, hoping that multichoice will recompensate me but not letting me pay this month. But I've paid the required payment n that is it. I paid my subscription through my phone online banking on September 19th I have been sending messages to 30333 since then but no response from Niger state Nigeria.

If you've paid, just switch on your decoder and call DSTV customer service to reactivate it for you if it's still not showing.

Just call DSTV on your phone while your decoder is powered on. Tell them to help reactivate your DSTV because you have already paid.
