If you decided to self publish your book on Createspace.com, an Amazon.com partner, then this is just to inform you on the payment options available to publishers who use the service.
If you log into your Createspace account, you'd notice that there is a link that points to Account settings, click on the Royalty or payment setting and choose a payment option available on the platform.
As at the time of writing this post, Createspace allows publishers to get paid through the following means: US check, Direct bank deposit for countries such as the US, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and the Netherlands.
I have to say, Createspace is an easy platform for users to publish their books without spending much capital. You can decide to upload your book in digital form and Createspace will print and distribute it for you based on how often buyers request for it. Since they already have the original manuscript, they can always print on demand and the only fee you have to pay is about 70% of the book's selling price since you'd get to keep 30% as your commission or royalty.
I have to say, it's much easier for US and some European residents to get paid on the platform but that doesn't mean that other people cannot get paid on the platform.
Anyone who is in the payment supported countries can easily get paid by just adding their bank account details or choosing to receieve a Check but it can be a burden for other publishers such as from African to use the platform.
If you are not in the USA or Createpace payment supported areas, you can still get paid as a publisher just by setting up a US bank account. You may either travel to the USA to open an account or simply request for a US payment service from Payoneer.
Since I'm in Nigeria, I have a
Payoneer account and Mastercard that allows me to receive payments from US companies into a U bank account.
Payoneer allows users to setup a US bank account that they can use to receive Direct deposits from US companies such as Createspace.
So, with a
Payoneer account, more people who are not US residents will be able publish on Createspace and get paid for it.

I think the acceptable format is in PDF. What is the file format for your book file.
